In the evening after the journey you can enjoy our delicious Good Friday fish dinner.
After a refreshing sleep, you will be pampered with a delicious breakfast.
Enjoy Holy Saturday visiting the beautiful ‘Markgräflerland’ and the Villa Urbana, and the Malteser’s castle.
In the evening there will be a hearty ‘badish’ menu awaiting you in our restaurant.
On Easter Sunday enjoy a full day of pure well-being in the modern thermal baths of Vita Classica.
The Sunday evening with a candlelit dinner and a glass of ‘Markgräflerland Gutedel’ wine will complete the weekend.

Asparagus season


Every season we serve something delicious from our kitchen, so during the asparagus season (from around 20th April) we serve the asparagus dish of your choice from the asparagus-menu.
Every Wednesday ‘Spargel satt’, a day of the week on which you can enjoy the queen of vegetables to your heart’s desire.


Summer
A season of memorable beauty. You can choose many and varied dishes and refreshing drinks  on our Mediterranean garden terrace during the summer months.

The special highlight in the garden is the ‘hot stone’!
Served in the garden, it is a individual selection of different meats and side dishes.

The special highlight in July is ‘Fishweek’!
From 28.6.13 to 14.07.13 you can enjoy culinary experiences from salt and fresh water.
Our chef Ralph Meyer and his team will spoil you with light and delicious dishes. Let them surprise you.


Autumn

Golden, warm, cozy and comfortable, the ‚Lion’ is like autumn.
By candlelight and with the fine aroma of red wine from the beautiful ‘Markgräflerland’, we will pamper you with locally hunted game and various other tasty dishes, very ‘badisch’.


In November

This is it, game weeks at the ‚Lion’ from 8.11.13 to 24.11.13.
Our chef and his kitchen wizards will cook wonderful game dishes for you.
If the smell of wintry vegetables and spices beckons you to the lounge, then it is game time – lion time.
For the non-game-eaters, we offer a delicious selection of other dishes.

New Years Eve
The new year is upon us, also in the ‚Lion’.
With a 6-course menu and a la carte dining, we set off into the New Year.
The Meyers and the team will accompany you into the New Year with a cozy atmosphere and in a cheerful spirit.
